Dr. Jeter's Office Staff

We recently remodeled our office and moved back into our new state of the art facility. Our staff is available to assist patients in scheduling appointments, arranging surgeries and taking diagnostic x-rays. We are available to answer any questions you may have by calling the office at (408) 559-4343 between 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Meet the staff that are here to help support you in your healthcare needs.
Veronica, Office Manager	Veronica is the Office Manager for Dr. Jeter’s practice. Veronica has been in the medical field for 5 years—2 of which have been spent with Dr. Jeter. Veronica’s responsibilities are not limited to, but include: scheduling patient appointments, surgeries, MRIs, Agreed Medical Evaluations, Independent Medical Evaluations, and Qualified Medical Evaluations. She also manages to ensure that Dr. Jeter’s hectic schedule is kept on track! Veronica is a joy and a pleasure to work with—she is unfailingly positive and never fails to bring a laugh and a smile to all those around her.
Elizabeth, Business Manager	Elizabeth has worked in the medical field for 20 years, 7 of those years with Dr. Jeter. Elizabeth manages all billing issues related to Dr. Jeter’s practice. Elizabeth has been, as if by magic, able to learn how to manage all of the idiosyncrasies within the medical insurance industry which is a blessing to both Dr. Jeter and his patients!
Dean, X-Ray Technologist	Dean is the X-Ray Technologist for Dr. Jeter and the other physicians at 2430 Samaritan Drive— Dean enjoys working with the active, athletic patients that are seen in Dr. Jeter’s practice. He specializes in the area of digital x-rays—which are available in the office.
